A unified fleet management platform that replaces spreadsheets, phone calls, and blind dispatch with real-time tracking, driver earnings, and live reporting — built for a fleet running 200+ vehicles and 400 drivers.

Task

Gold investors don’t trust crypto. Crypto investors don’t trust gold funds. Swissgrams had a product that solved both problems — a token redeemable for real physical gold, backed by Swiss vaults, audited and regulated. Our job was to make this Web3 gold design land before skepticism had time to form.

Challenge

Combining gold and crypto doubles the trust barrier a new visitor brings. Every visual decision had to communicate Swiss precision and physical backing before a single word was read. The redemption flow — the core product promise — had to feel genuinely simple, not just described as simple. And the comparison table positioning Swissgrams against Major Gold ETFs, Comex, and LBMA had to win on every metric a serious investor actually checks.

Results

A warm, premium platform where institutional credibility and individual accessibility coexist in one scroll. Gold Allocation Lookup lets any wallet holder verify their physical gold backing in real time. The comparison table converts the skeptic. The 3D gold visuals make the asset feel real before the user reads that it is. “Own Gold. Digitally.” stopped being a tagline and became a complete product promise delivered in a single page.

Project Timeline

  • Research

    Gold investors and crypto users evaluate trust on completely different signals. We mapped both — and designed for the overlap, not the average.

  • Briefing

    Four promises had to land in four seconds: Redeemable from 1oz. Gold Secured in Vaults. Transfer Globally. Redeem Anytime. Everything else followed from that.

  • Wireframes

    The comparison table was wireframed as the conversion anchor before any visual direction was chosen. Swissgrams vs Major Gold ETFs vs Comex vs LBMA — every metric where physical gold token wins, visible without scrolling.

  • UI Design

    Warm cream palette, 3D gold coin visuals, clean Swiss typography. Dark and light sections alternate to create rhythm without noise. The gold feels real before the user reads that it is.

  • Strategy

    Physical gold is the world’s oldest trust signal. Lead with the gold — not the token. The token is how you own it. The gold is why you want to.

  • Visual Identity

    Warm cream, gold accents, deep charcoal. 3D coin visuals as the primary language — not crypto charts or blockchain diagrams. A system that says Swiss vault before it says smart contract.

  • Closing

    A platform where “Own Gold. Digitally.” is a complete product promise — not a tagline. The design makes the impossible feel inevitable: gold you can hold, transfer, and redeem without leaving the blockchain.
