BridgeFleet

From three disconnected tools to one live fleet brain — rebuilding FluxRide’s entire operation from the ground up.

A unified fleet management platform that replaces spreadsheets, phone calls, and blind dispatch with real-time tracking, driver earnings, and live reporting — built for a fleet running 200+ vehicles and 400 drivers.

Title

Task

The client is a growing operations platform serving taxi, delivery, rental and logistics businesses — companies that manage drivers, vehicles and payouts across distributed teams. The request: design a single multi-role platform that replaces manual payroll, document tracking and fleet management for drivers, fleet owners, admins and accountants alike.

Title

Challenge

Fleet businesses face the same operational problems no matter the size — slowing down payouts, decisions and growth. Payroll calculated by hand and prone to errors. Documents scattered with no expiry tracking. No single view of vehicle performance. Manual, slow application review for new drivers. Different teams working from different, disconnected data.

Results

BridgeFleet solves these problems with one connected platform — automated, role-based, and always up to date. Automated, error-free payout calculation. Real-time document status and expiry alerts. Full per-vehicle performance visibility. A single screen to review and approve applications. One shared source of truth across all five roles.

Project Timeline

  • Research

Flow analysis, client brief review, information architecture, user flow and role mapping. Two personas anchored the work: Alex, a driver who wants quick onboarding and instant access to daily earnings, and Marcus, a fleet owner tracking per-unit revenue across 30+ vehicles.

  • Discovery

Low-fidelity through to high-fidelity mockups, with the design system built alongside rather than after — five roles on one platform makes shared components a structural requirement, not a nicety.

  • Solution

Interactive prototype, micro-interactions, testing with users, final polish.

  • One platform, five roles

Driver: onboarding plus a personal cabinet — earnings, documents, car rentals, referrals. Fleet owner: fleet overview, vehicle management, performance tracking. Admin: reviews applications, verifies documents, approves or rejects new drivers. Super admin: full business visibility — analytics, revenue, system controls across every fleet. Accountant: a dedicated workspace for invoices and maintenance requests. Every role operates on the same real-time data — no fragmentation, no sync delays.

  • Brand Identity

The logomark is built on continuous flow and multi-layered operations. A gradient 3D form combining modern SaaS aesthetics with a bold tech-forward identity that scales from a mobile favicon to a desktop screen. Inter for typography — high legibility at small-to-medium sizes, the standard for dashboards and enterprise platforms. Deep Purple #4934B2, Navy Blue #10151A, Grey #B9B9C2, Deep Midnight #09090A.

  • Driver Experience

A six-step registration flow guiding new drivers through role selection, document uploads and phone verification. Once approved, the dashboard walks them from zero to first trip with a clear onboarding checklist, then hands them a real-time earnings overview, multi-platform trip tracking across Bolt, Bolt Food and Uber, transparent payout calculations, built-in referrals and a direct car rental marketplace.

  • Management & Finance

Top-tier cockpits for leadership and finance. Super admins get a macro view of platform revenue, active staff and urgent operational alerts. Accountants handle error-free payouts, invoices and maintenance logs in dedicated workspaces.
