Task

Our goal was to connect consultants, investors, and corporate strategists with niche expert insights in a single interface — with real-time access, secure consultation history, and top-tier security including authentication and encryption.

Research

We start with stakeholder interviews to align on goals, followed by competitor analysis to spot opportunities. A UX audit uncovers usability gaps, and an information architecture ensures smooth, intuitive navigation.
UX Design

We start with lo-fi wireframes to map layout and flow, build an interactive prototype to test and gather feedback, then finalize technical documentation for accurate development handoff.
UX Research

We identify the needs and decision drivers of consultants and teams searching for experts, mapping the request journey to reduce friction. We analyze trust signals affecting conversion, then validate key flows through quick testing.
Moodboard

We define a premium visual direction communicating trust, drawing references from leading B2B and fintech platforms to shape typography and color. The focus: clear hierarchy and strong CTAs for fast decisions.
UI Design

We start with a moodboard to define colors and typography, explore visual concepts to refine the look, then develop high-fidelity, responsive UI designs.
UI implementation

We prepare the design for development with responsive layouts across all devices, build a UI-kit for consistency, and complete developer handoff with full assets and specs.
